Food changes everything. Clean, real, honest food has the power to prevent, heal, and even reverse disease; it has the power to make our minds sharper, our bodies happier, our moods better, our sleep more restful, our aches and pains diminish (migraines and joint pain included). It gives us glowing skin, balanced hormones, and promotes fewer wrinkles. It makes weight loss and fitness easier. It strengthens our immune system so we’re not constantly battling colds and flu, and it does this for any age, at any age.
Processed, prepared, convenience, and fast foods do the opposite, causing disease from chronic inflammation, lowering our immune system and triggering seasonal allergies, food allergies, behavioral and concentration problems, and myriad autoimmune diseases like eczema, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, candida, and Crohn’s, just to name a few.
