Fermenting and Sprouting Workshop

Discover how easy fermenting and sprouting can be at home with just a jar, a few easy-to-find tools, and simple ingredients. We’ll discuss the different fermentation methods, sprouting methods, and best food-safe practices during class while everyone creates a fermentation starter-batch of vegetables to take home and nurture. Instructions for home fermentation and recipes are also provided.
Fermentation jar and ingredients are included in the price of the workshop. The small class size creates an interactive setting, where questions and lively conversation are encouraged.
