Gluten-Free Crackers and Cheese

Create your own gluten-free crackers and freshly made cheese spreads in this hands-on class. Working in pairs, with guidance from our Executive Chef, you’ll create two types of crackers, and your favorite flavored cheese spread from the herbs, spices, and aromatics provided during class. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer while you nosh on your freshly-baked crackers and cheese.
The small class size creates an interactive setting, where questions and lively conversation are encouraged. Complimentary infused waters are provided, and as a guest in our teaching kitchen, your parents receive 10% off in our retail store with proof of class registration*.
