Roll up your sleeves and join us for a homemade ravioli-making class.
We’ll demonstrate how to make perfectly tender pasta dough for pillowy, light ravioli or traditionally cut pasta shapes. Then everyone will roll out, fill, and form their own ravioli, using ricotta we make together from scratch.
We’ll have two sauces on hand for everyone to try, along with a salad and wine to enjoy to complete the meal.
The small class size creates an interactive setting, where questions and lively conversation are encouraged. Complimentary infused waters are provided, and as a guest in our teaching kitchen, you’ll receive 10% off in our retail store with proof of class registration*.
