Discover how to create dairy-free artisan cheeses, without additives or gums, using whole nuts and seeds, fruits, herbs and spices to develop a variety of textures and flavors. We’ll demonstrate several methods, including how to incorporate probiotics and nutritional yeast. Here’s a peek at our dairy-free menu:
- Cashew cream (perfect for using as a plant-based sauce, or in soups)
- Cashew nacho cheese
- Almond cheese spread
- Artichoke-spinach dip
- Southern pimento cheese
- Rosemary-olive cheese
