Learn to create a variety of vegetarian sauces that can be used for salad dressings, marinades, soups, dips, and more. Enjoy tasting samples of everything we make, while discovering the basics of sauce making, emulsions, and building flavors profiles that instantly transform any recipe with just a few simple ingredients.
