Veggie Burger Sliders and Sides

Sit back and relax with a plate full of veggie burger sliders, featuring roasted local vegetables, fresh local herbs, and plant-based proteins as we walk you through three of our signature recipes. In addition we’ll show how the mixtures can be transformed into meat(less) balls, veggie sausages, taco filling and more. We’ll also create several sauces and condiments to accompany these no-bun-needed burgers, along with a variety of vegetarian side dishes.
Everyone receives tasting samples of everything we make (a.k.a, you will not leave hungry!), along with recipes. The small class size creates an interactive setting, where questions and lively conversation are encouraged. Complimentary infused waters are provided, and as a guest in our teaching kitchen, you’ll receive 10% off in our retail store with proof of class registration*.
